Laura Fitzgerald Photography – Image Download Terms of Service

By accessing and downloading any image(s) from this gallery, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are consistent with the signed Photography Services Agreement and are intended to protect both the photographer’s work and your rights as a client or guest.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images in this gallery are the sole intellectual property of Laura Fitzgerald Photography and are protected under copyright law. Downloading or accessing images does not transfer ownership.

You are granted a limited licence to use the images under the conditions outlined below. Any usage outside of these terms requires written permission.

2. Personal Use Licence (Client Only)

Clients are granted a royalty-free, non-transferable, limited licence to use images for personal use only, including:

• Sharing on personal social media (with credit/tag where possible)

• Display in home albums or photo frames

• Use in private communications such as cards or emails

Commercial use, redistribution, resale, publication, or promotional use by third parties is not permitted without written permission.

3. Watermark Policy

Images may be delivered with a watermark for protection and attribution.

You must not:

• Crop, remove, obscure, or edit out the watermark

• Apply filters or AI tools that alter or hide the watermark

• Share edited versions that misrepresent the original image

If you need watermark-free versions for approved use (e.g. vendor sharing or print), please contact info@laurafitzgeraldphotography.co.uk.

Unauthorised removal of watermarks is a breach of this licence and may result in revoked usage rights or legal action.

4. Guest Image Licensing

Guests photographed at the event may purchase their images for personal use at a rate of £25 per image.

This includes:

• Digital sharing on personal accounts

• Private printing and display

It does not include:

• Use for business promotion or commercial purposes

• Third-party publication or press

5. Supplier & Vendor Usage

Suppliers or vendors wishing to use images for their own promotion must obtain a commercial use licence. Permission is not automatically granted by being tagged or featured.

Licensed usage must include clear credit, e.g. Photography by Laura Fitzgerald Photography.

6. File Access & Backups

Galleries are typically live for 3 months unless otherwise agreed. It is your responsibility to download and back up your images within this timeframe. Laura Fitzgerald Photography cannot guarantee re-uploading or archival storage beyond the gallery access period.

7. Breach of Terms

Any unauthorised use or misuse of gallery images — including unauthorised edits, commercial use, or watermark removal — may result in:

• Loss of download access

• Revocation of personal use licence

• Legal action or retroactive licensing fees
